Roomy suites for family adventures

Our junior suite comfortably accommodated my family of five, with good storage and cozy amenities like bathrobes. The breakfast spread was excellent, with delicious options daily.

We faced minor inconveniences with a flickering light and had to ask for assistance to set up a baby cot that wasn't ready, which could have been smoother.

The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

Thanks for making our stay really really nice. The restaurant serves hot European food. The service cannot be beaten, it's exceptional with shuttle to the airport and strong Wi-Fi. Moreover, private parking is provided nearby...

The breakfast offered a lot of choices for everyone.

The check-in process felt cold and unwelcoming. The layout of the hotel is quite inconvenient, requiring excessive walking to reach rooms located far from reception. I was also disappointed by the noise levels at night, as loud music from nearby apartments disturbed my sleep until very late.

Consider using the complimentary luggage storage when you arrive early or leave late, as it allows you to explore the city unencumbered.

The front desk team was consistently friendly, particularly Kathy, who offered great local advice. Breakfast featured an array of typical Sicilian products. Coordinating a taxi from the airport was a hassle, as local drivers overcharged us. Limited parking meant reserving a spot in advance, which could be inconvenient for travelers with cars.

I enjoyed the comfy room, but the check-out staff was very unfriendly.

They were super friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location was perfect. We visited Saint Alexander of Neva Patriarch's Cathedral and Ivan Vazov Theater, both within just 1km. There are also lovely bakeries nearby-don't miss them!

The air conditioning in our room sometimes went hot, and we struggled to figure out how to manage it. It detracted a bit from our stay.

Cozy stay with helpful staff

The superior room was pretty nice, and the breakfast was def a highlight-good range of food options! Katie at the front desk was super friendly and helped us with local tips. Only thing was the shower had some mold that could use some attention.

The housekeeping was perfect. The breakfast boasted a wide array of options, perfect for our early departure.

The staff was awesome-always friendly, competent, and helpful. The location is perfect. The room was super clean and well-designed, with ample space for our luggage and a comfortable bed. The private bathroom even had complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

The check-in process could be more cute.

The service from the staff was really good. They went out of their way to help, like suggesting the best local bakeries and being super friendly. The reception area even had this free syrup and orange water dispenser, the best drink I've had in ages.

It was a bit pricey, but I guess it's acceptable for what you get.

the room was kinda confusing to find at first. but we loved the amazing breakfast with fresh veggies, the super helpful staff, and the rare parking right outside! wish we stayed longer.

The suite we stayed in was super comfy and had modern furniture. Don't forget to check out the spa facilities and pool for some relaxation after a day of exploring. The only downside was the breakfast could've offered a few more options, but it was still tasty 😊
